Gate operators contain copper windings, aluminum housings, steel drive components, brass terminals, and plastic enclosures, all of which have recyclable value when handled properly. We started the Graft Recycling Program to give installers a better option.

How It Works
The program has three steps:
Drop off the old operator at 170 Bovaird Dr W, Unit 4, Brampton, ON
Receive a $20 statement credit per operator, applied to your account
We handle the rest — disassembly, material sorting, and responsible recycling or disposal
No paperwork, no minimum quantity, and no requirement that the operator be a brand we carry. If it came off a gate on your retrofit job, we will take it.
When we receive an operator, we disassemble it and separate the recoverable materials — copper, aluminum, steel, brass, and plastic. If a unit cannot be broken down due to damage or construction, we dispose of it responsibly. It does not go into a general dumpster.

The $20 credit per operator adds up. Ten retrofit jobs in a quarter means $200 in statement credit toward your next hardware order. For installers who do retrofit work consistently, the program offsets a real portion of incoming hardware costs.
